The Mermaid's Ball
Dance to the vibrant tunes at the Mermaids Ball, Friday November 18th at the Tin Wis Oyster Palace. Costumes are encouraged at the dance, with prizes for best. Tasting of regional wines, raw and BBQ oysters and cash bar.

Oyster Afloat! Farm Boat Tours - Call Remote Passages,
725-3330 to book your adventure up Lemmens Inlet. Learn how to grow oysters while watching real oyster farmers at work. Boats leave at 10 am, Weather permitting.

On The Half Shell - What is an oyster?
Join local marine biologist Josie Osborne for an informative and entertaining talk on oysters - learn about where they live, what they eat, and perhaps most interestingly, the legends of what they can do for you when you eat them! Sponsored by the Raincoast Education Society Answer all your questions and more at Long Beach Lodge conference room.

The Oyster Gala
Raw, BBQ, grilled, wrapped, baked, fried, sautéed, everyway you can prepare an oyster will be presented by local chefs at the Tin Wis Oyster Palace. Doors open 6pm, wine and food pairing cocktail hour 6- 7:30pm, oyster tasting 7:30pm to 9pm, slurping contest, door prizes, dancing with live band and more!
